Abstract
The main topic of legal science is "rights and duties" so that people can freely decide and resolve their disputes in cases of disputes regarding their rights. Accordingly, in Iran's legal system, peace and compromise and consequently the institution of corrective reporting have a special place, because according to the theory of commitment, the parties agree with each other. Now, it is possible that one of the parties has violated the obligation that was considered in the corrective report, and this issue will be proven after the corrective report is implemented. Now, the current research based on the studies conducted in this field and the analysis of the nature of the corrective report and the theory of the cause of the commitment in a descriptive-analytical way comes to the conclusion that if the cause of the commitment considered in the corrective report is proven to be wrong, this report cannot be revoked or terminated. . Because in this case, the corrective report has become a shaky tool and people are confused about their rights and obligations.
