Actus reus each crime consist of objective elements which
constitute the crime when they come together. One of these elements is the subject of crime. No crime takes place unless there is a subject that a criminal conduct accomplished on it.
The subject varies from crime to crime. In the offences against property and ownership, the subject of crime is the property and financial rights of persons. Property has a relative concept and
different requirements. For example, the real property is not the
subject of theft. The moveable property is not the subject of unlawfull possession.
About electrical power we have the statutory law in the Iranian legal system. The intellectual property, although there is no doubt about its being property, has not been included by criminal provisions, so too, the body of a person is not the subject of the crimes against property.
