According to vairant acts and regulations regarding expertise there are requirements for expert’s advice, of which depends validity of expert’s advice. So the expert’s advice should be explicit, well reasoned, decisive, conform to expertise order, undifferent with certain circumstances of subject of expertise and within specified time limit. The judge evaluates and decides if the requirements exist or not. If there are dissenting advices, the preferences such more specialty or plurality should be employed.
