This article is to explain the role of corruption in societies and its effect on government. To answer this question, first we consider conceptual lierature, and present a relatively comprehensive definition of corruption, especially political corruption which is the basis of other corruptions, then consider the levels of corruptions, then corruption is considered organizationally and individually, and we study corruption among responsibles and agents in a society. The neut discussion is about kinds of corruptions. Also in this article, causes of appearance and deepening of corruptions on two levels, low and high, is considered, and in another part, corruption in international documents is studied. The article ends with conclusion and presenting instructions.
